Independent workers wear a small Personal Alarm device that works over the cellular network.

Greater assurance, less stress
Independent Workers (without a colleague) in a business premises or remote location are also working with a higher degree of uncertainty, stress and risk of injury. Workers who are connected and know they can get help, are more confident and better able to focus on the task at hand.
Employers that don’t make provisions for staff working alone can face lower productivity and higher stress levels amongst staff - and may be open to litigation if found in breach of the Work Health and Safety Act.
Help when it’s most needed
SkyTrack lets your workers be confident that help is only a button-press away. Our Australian-based Control Room staff receive your request for help along with your current location. They make contact through the device, verify the emergency, and contact the appropriate services on your behalf. If requested, the nearest available private security patrol can also be dispatched to your location.
Workers get help, even when they can't ask for it themselves
If a sudden fall or a period of inactivity is detected, the device will sound an alert. If for any reason you are unable to acknowledge the alert, an alarm together with your current location is sent to our Control Room operators who follow up and dispatch assistance.
Australian based support, training & warranty
Our local staff are here to help. With email and phone based support options, product assistance is readily available. We provide onsite staff training sessions for employees and can assist with the creation of internal Workplace Health & Safety policy documents.
Rest assured, all of our duress alarms have an ongoing warranty included in the monthly service fee. Should your device malfunction we will diagnose the fault and service on site or send a replacement device via next day delivery.
